House Hunting

Tuesday - December 30, 2008

Today we went and looked at more houses. One of my dear friends watched BN for us (she doesn't really enjoy looking at a lot of houses) and we cruised through them. We went to all the ones we were supposed to, and low and behold, none of them were quite what we wanted.  Clint remembered a house that we liked last time we looked so we dug the paper out of our pile and asked our realtor if we could go see it one more time. He humored us, and when we got there, we wondered why we had waited so long to come back. Needless to say, it is the house we are offering on. We are meeting with our agent tomorrow to sign papers. :) We are so excited.

A very merry 'un-Christmas' to you! :)

Saturday - December 27 2008

Today I spent most of the day un-decorating our house. :) Then we took everything out to our storage unit. It was nice to have it all down. It really makes our already to small apartment TO SMALL! lol. Tomorrow is BN's last day as a sunbeam in primary. BC has been going to nursery. It has been nice to be able to go to class and actually pay attention, but I really miss having her with me. Well. Have a great day. Not much has been going on. Just cleaning and getting everything organized after Christmas and after lots of traveling. :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Thursday - December 25, 2008

Merry Christmas!

It has been a wonderful day. The girls were really funny. They didn't want to wake up. Even when I told BN that Santa had come, she just rolled over and pulled the blanket over her head and said 'i'm tired'!. LOL. I laughed and shook her again...same thing. Finally I grabbed her and pulled her up and she stood there like 'why?'...after all the morning rituals... (potty, etc...) I had clint get ready with the camcorder and we had the girls come in the living room where Santa had been. AHHHH!!!!! Screaming and running and things flying...lol...it was great! Santa didn't wrap his presents so they enjoyed and played. Well BN did. BC ran up to her pile and grabbed her new baby doll (first thing and closest) and then ran to Grandpa and climbed up in his lap and just snuggled in. LOL.

Soon most of the family had showed up for breakfast (we had favorite which is toasted bread and white sauce) really GOOD! Then we visited. When everyone had ventured back home, we continued opening all the presents that were under the tree (the wrapped ones) :)

The girls were spoiled and so were we.  My parents even were spoiled. :) lol. What a fun time.

After enjoying the presents and each other we started getting everything ready to go. It took us a while to get everything packed, but we made it, had our big truck filled to the brim (truck shell and all) lol.

The road back wasn't to bad, we got back in about 3.5 hours. We were really blessed cause the roads were supposed to be awful. But we got home and got unpacked. We relaxed a little. Enjoyed everything. Clint had to get up and work at 5 in the morning so, we didn't stay up to late.

I went through all of our movies and updated our inventory. In the middle of it I had to go help BN with something and when I came back this is what was waiting for me:

Wednesday - December 24, 2008

Today is CHRISTMAS EVE!!!

It has been such a fun day!

This morning we got up and went to the firehouse to see Santa! We were the first ones there so we thus, didn't have to wait in line for hours while little kids screamed and ran away. But, after waiting for the hour or so we did (we actually helped setup and things so it went by fast) the kids all went through seeing Santa fairly fast. But it was ok. We Had fun still. BC didn't go cause it was so cold and she has an pneumonia so my dad stayed home to watch her.

We went home and fiddled here and there doing things and relaxing. Then me and my dad and Clint all took off in my parents Polaris Ranger and we went and shot clints new handgun, and my 22 (that I got for our anniversary in 2006) and I had only shot once. lol. I did ok. I have to shoot on my left side...and I soon learned that my father does that too. How funny!

At around 6 or so we headed down to my bro John's and got ready for the traditions. Each family (mine, johns, and then my mom and dad) all got to make our own big pizza and put whatever we wanted on it. Homemade Family Pizza

While they were cooking me and my brother played around on the piano, and then he played while we sang some duets (most of which he wrote). After dinner, we all gathered around the tree (so to speak) and we read a story.

Then we let the kids open their Christmas eve present! Jammies of course. We found matching slippers for the girls too. How Cute! I got clint a pair of fleece bottoms with Mario Bros on them. And I got some with the words 'Dr. Pepper'. LOL.

anyways, When everyone was all changed we piled into two cars and drove around GR (which took about 20 mins to see ALL the lights in town) to see the Christmas Lights. It was so fun.

Then we went back to johns and decorated cookies for Santa. (unfortunately we left our plate at johns when we came home, so we just got some oreos from my parents cookie jar and used those for the cookies plate).

LOL. But we got the girls to sleep (without much trouble) and waited for santa to come. :) (wink). Have a great Holiday!

A Fun Day of...well...just about everything :)

Tuesday - December 23, 2008

Today has been great.

This morning we got all the kids bundled up (even a large garbage bag over their legs to keep them warm and dry) and my dad pulled them around on a sled behind their polaris ranger. BN loved it. Here is a cute picture of her:

BC hasn't been feeling well, and is breathing raspy so we took into the local Clinic here. The Dr there said that she had an pneumonia. BOOO!!! so they put her on zythromax. I hope that it works well. She needs to feel better.

My sister Suzette and her family came over and both of my brothers came up (they both live in town) (my other sister Paula couldn't come because of the weather.) We had a family get together. It was so fun. We had a big BBQ and played games. The kids ran around like crazy and had fun. Then since Santa couldn't make it (mostly because we forgot our suit:) lol...we had all the kids take turns sitting on Grandpa "Santa's" Knee. They loved that.

After everything was said and done and families had gone on their ways, we got the girls to bed and left grandma and grandpa to have 5 minutes of peace and quiet. :)

We went down to my brothers house and we and him and his wife Allisha all played games for like 4-5 hours. It was SOOOO FUN!!!. I love game nights...esp with people I love! :)

Well. Off to bed. Tomorrow is going to be a long day..well a long night! :)

Over the Snow and Through the Canyon...

Monday - December 22, 2008

Yesterday at church was wonderful. It was the Christmas program. What a wonderful spirit there was there. I love church. It always brings me back to my true purpose of being here on earth. The Gospel of Jesus Christ. I need to get my goals in order and re-arrange my priorities.

Today - Monday - I have been up since early and been going crazy because we left to go to my parents house for Christmas. I spent all morning cleaning and packing. So when Clint got off work we were all but ready to jump in the car and cruz down south. I was frustrated cause I couldn't find a case full of dvds that we take with us when we travel. I Can't wait to get back home so I can tear the house apart looking. LOL.

The drive was only supposed to take three hours...3 HOURS!!!...but it took us almost 6!!!! BLAH!!!!The canyon (about 50 miles long) took almost 3 hours. Then it took another 1.5 to go 55 miles. It was just crazy. Even thouhgh the drive was so long, I just feel grateful that we made it safe.

It is so good to be here at my parents. I haven't been here for Christmas since before I was married (actually the Christmas right before we were married so in 2002). LOL. 6 years. My mom has been baking like a mad women all day (putting my dad to slave labor where needed) lol. There was homemade apple strudel (secret family recipe that is to die for). Homemade bread, toffee, and a few other yum treats. How fun. It is late so we are just relaxing. And enjoying being here. I love there lights. They have such a beautiful display of the manger scene. Plus a lot of animated deer and moose. There newest addition this year (which I am sure several people in town will try to find for their yards next year) is singing trees! :) They are great. They play music and the lights change with the music (like the Bellagio Water Show in Las Vegas). They also have the cutest John Deer tractor with a Santa on it (the inflatable kind).

I love there tree. It is all decorated pretty and it has little John Deer ornaments all over it. It looks beautiful. Anyways. I had better get some sleep.

Family Christmas Party

Saturday December 20, 2008

Today was my family Christmas party. We met at a restaurant and had lunch and exchanged gifts, then we headed over to Sams Club where my parents gave each married couple (all five of us kids) money. MORE than I was expecting. It was such a blessing. We got the girls a few things and got us a few things. :) Saved some for later :)

After sams we went to wal-mart! (run-away). lol. I got a new watch and sunglasses. Clint got a pair of Carhart overalls (the padded really nice thick ones that cover you from wrist to ankle. And a few other fun things.

It was a wonderful day. I loved seeing my family. We don't get together very often. Only 3-4 times a year, and for some people that is 2-3 more than they want. (lol) NOT ME! I love seeing my family and enjoyed it very much!

Thanks mom and dad! for everything :)

More houses, family and fun

Friday December 19, 2008

Today we went to look at more houses. It was interesting. I don't know what we were thinking because the weather was so bad. There was a huge storm that came through ( I am sure you remember it) and it took us like 1.25 hours to get to the 1st house when it should have taken 20 mins. LOL. oh well. and unfortunately we didn't find one to offer on. There were a few really nice ones that we are talking about, but none that jumped out at us.

anyways, very tired from long day of driving no where! lol.

and Today my sister Paula and her hubby Jay came to visit. they are actually spending the night. :) then they are going on down to the Christmas party (but they have to pick up their kids first (all older)). We had a great night. It was so fun. We had a good dinner then me and my sis went shopping. :)

Clint and Jay watched the kidos. :) It was a nice little break. But all I could think of was them. Lol. funny how that works.

When we got back we had cheesecake (thanks Paula) and talked until all hours of the night.

I am tired. Have a great day!

We went to look at houses today! Our first venture out since we became eligible for First time home buyers again (it has been three years since we sold our last house). There were lots of nice ones, but one in particular that stood out to us. We decided not to offer on it yet. We still have more homes on Friday that we are going to see.

:)

have a great night!

Wedding, Reception, and Wow

Friday December 13, 2008

Today we got up early (very early) and got everyone showered (which was kinda hard since there were like 14 people that needed to shower). Anyways, then we took off to head to the wedding of Cecil (clints little bro) and Shannon. We were starting at a church were his parents had a breakfast meal catered. It was SOO great! Then we all got to stand up and tell memories of Cecil and Shannon...for some reason my mind goes blank when I am put on the spot and spaced my really good story so I just got up and babbled for a minute then handed the mic off to someone else, feeling embarrassed. LOL. oh well. After that we all headed to the Temple for the sealing. They were both previously endowed from missions so we didn't need to do a session. After the sealing (which was beautiful and we all bawled through)...I had to hi tail it outside to get ready to take pictures. LOTS of pictures. It was so fun. I love taking pictures. They were glowing. So obvious that they were newlyweds and so in love. I love that look. I love that me and my husband still look at each other that way. (aside from the occasional cat fight) lol.

After 3.5 hours in the freezing weather (YES IT WAS SNOWING) of taking pictures my most patient husband who had been waiting for me in the truck with not just our two girls but also one of his nieces picked me up and we headed back up to my in-laws to get ready for the reception.

YES! long day.

And since he almost fell asleep we switched and I drove (but to be honest i don't remember much of the drive cause I was tired too) but we made it safe. We rushed to the house to change the girls than ran down to the church to get ready to take more pictures for the reception. It was a lot of fun. It was so beautiful.

I really enjoyed it.

I will post some of the pictures soon.

Family here we come

Friday December 12, 2008

Today we drove up to my in-laws after Clint got off work. All of his family met together for the Family Christmas party. It was so fun. It was awesome to see everyone. We had a great dinner and activities then Santa came and gave gifts to everyone. After we got all the kids to bed, we played Apples to Apples. It is such a fun game. !!! We had never played it before, but it was awesome. Everyone (even his parents played) and we laughed all night long. But we shouldn't stay up to late (but we are) cause Clint's little bro Cecil was getting married in the morning.

So off to bed. Have a great weekend!

Jr. Jazz Game!

Thursday December 11, 2008

Today was our first Jr. Jazz game. It went, well, it went a lot better than anyone expected. :) Towards the end, the kids were finally understanding that there were two teams and that you had to DRIBBLE down the court not be a "quarterback"..lol...and that shooting the ball was the funnest part.

BN Basketball Game
BN Basketball Game

So they all fought for the ball, even though they were on the same team, and run to the basket (not always the right one) and shoot! LOL. Oh, but it was fun, and they got it almost figured out. So we survived. One of the parents was wise enough to remember snacks and drinks for all the kids. That was nice. The kids (even a couple from the other team that snuck in) loved it. lol. What a fun day! I am so glad that we signed up to coach. It really is a fun experience not just for me, but epically for BN. She loves it. I will work my best to keep getting caught up on things.

A Busy day of doctors and basketball

Wednesday December 10, 2008

Today was a crazy day. A very busy morning followed by going up to Primary Childrens for BN's GI apt. She is doing really well. After her appointment we took her to the lab for a full workup. lol. They had to draw her blood and they are doing all sorts of test to see if she is allergic or has any other problems like thyroid etc. So we will find out, but haven't heard anything yet and its been two weeks, so I am assuming she is perfect, OF COURSE!!!!

After that we drove like Haitis to get to Jr. Jazz on time. This time was a lot better. This was our third practice. The kids are doing well. We worked on the basics of gameplay (offense, defense, teams). They actually remember a lot more that I thought the would. Like I said before 'little ones amaze me'. Anyways. IT was a fun day even though it was busy.

BC Napping and Santa at the Library

Monday December 8, 2008

There's not much to report today.

Funny picture to share:

BC Naptime

Clint got home from work today and went to go get changed, walked into the girls room, and this is what he found...lol...she was supposed to be in her bed napping, but she somehow got up and migrated to the chair. LOL. we couldn't stop laughing.

ALSO...

We did have a fun family night. We went to the library where they had Santa come and he sang and danced. The girls loved it. This time BC didn't even get scared. Here is a picture of us.

Breakfast with Santa

Saturday December 6, 2008

I skipped a couple of days cause I don't remember if there was a whole lot that happened. I honestly have my planner out and I am just writing things that I had recorded in there so bear with me. :)BC, BN, SANTA

Anyways, this morning we got up early and went down the the Columbus Center to have Breakfast with Santa! It was so fun!!!

BN and SANTA

We went straight into large area where they had crafts and live entertainment, and then on the stage they had Santa set up in front of a large tree. We waited in line first to see Santa and then we went and gathered the stuff to make the crafts at home. Lastly we went out and paid a small fee to have a great big plate of yummy breakfast. Me and the girls were the only ones there so we just shared it and it was actually perfect. The girls loved seeing Santa.

BC wasn't all that excited actually and she got scared and started crying. But BN loved it though. Afterward they got candy canes and got to pick a present from his bag. That is definitely something that we will do every year from now on. It was awesome.

After we went to the Breakfast with Santa, we went to the library and saw a Christmas Puppet show. It was funny, the lady that does the show is named Cora and so when we said her name, BN got all excited and pointed to me and wanted to know if it was me...LOL. That was very cleaver of her I think. Anyways, we enjoyed the show and then we got some books and movies and went home. What a wonderful morning!

Jr Jazz Stuff

Wednesday December 3, 2008

Today was the first day of Jr. Jazz! :) It was so fun. I have five little kids on my team. They are so cute and so diligent. I love how persistent they are. Little ones are always such a testimony builder to me. Even in this situation that has nothing to do with the gospel (they are playing basketball) I can still relate it. They work so hard, so persistent and diligent until they reach their goal (lets say dribbling the ball), and when they reach that, they don't even blink, they don't wait for a big who-ha and celebration, they just move onto the next goal (passing the ball). And so it continues. They don't complain (very much) and they make lots of mistakes, but they try hard to make up for it and become better for it. How much different is that from our daily lives. We should be so much like the little child. So quick to learn and the desire to learn and always trying to stay on the path that will lead back to eternal salvation.
Anyways, back to Jr. Jazz...They all did so great. They are learning how to do the basics, dribble, pass and shoot. That is mostly all we will work on. They are too small to worry about plays and other things. The first game should be interesting. LOL. That's next Thursday (the 11). I can't wait.

2nd Thanksgiving

We spent an early thanksgiving with my family in GR. It was so fun. So we went up to Clint's parents for thanksgiving on the 29 (November) (after black Friday shopping). We had a huge dinner and had fun. Then we had to drive back that night because Clint had to work on Saturday. So we came back late. It was nice to see all of the family though.

Black Friday

HUH! So I guess I never finished my story about Black Friday. I left off where me and my Sis-In-Law stayed up till oh 3:15 am watching movies, then we woke my brother up and headed out to Wal-Mart. (I gave my hubby and girls kisses before we left). Clint had to work at 5 am, so his little sis came down (rode with his other sister who was going shopping too) and they dropped her off at our house. She watched our two girls, and my brothers four kids. It wasn't too bad I guess until they all woke up EARLY! at like 7 am. BUT she is AMAZING and did just fine. (thanks jess). ok. So anyways, we got to walmart fairly early (right before 4 am) and to my GREAT surprise, there wasn't only 25 people there. We even got a great parking spot. We did go to a smaller walmart that is out of the way and not well known. But we were able to pick out a lot of things and have them in our cart before it was even five o' clock when the sale was supposed to start. That was way nice, so we got to spend our time standing in line for things that we HAD to stand in line for and not worry if we were going to get anything else. I was waiting for two digital cameras and the memory cards. My bro and his wife were waiting for mp3 players and a couple of other things. I had the perfect spot, and as time got closer they took the cardboard off the box and I realized that they only had camera's on ONE SIDE!!! and it WASN'T the side i was on!!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!. Ok, so there was a guy next to me who needed two as well, and memory cards too. So I grabbed six cards for him, and got what I needed, then I bribed him with his cards for the two cameras. LOL. There was a lady next to me telling him that she needed them more and than I did and not to give them to me...BLAH! I just laughed, and that made her more mad. lol. So this guy wedge himself in between the crates of memory cards and the cameras, and when some silly little boy yelled "its time!!" (HOLY COW) it was absolutely insane. This guy had already placed his hands over four of them (two in each hand) and thank heavens he had a good grip. When people started RUSHING the camera cart he got pushed backwards cameras and all and got knocked into the memory card crate. He about fell on his head. But he got the cameras so we switched (cards for the cameras) and we both ran to get out of the way. It was crazy. I got everything we wanted that morning. It was nice. John and Allisha treated me to breakfast in the middle of our busy morning of shopping. That was fun. we had a great time. Well. On to more posting.

A Week of LONG! but FUN!

This week has been crazy.

Saturday (22) was just a lazy day. It was fun. That night, my dad and I stayed up until almost 4 in the morning talking. It was awesome. I wish I could have recorded it all. I love hearing and learning about my parents/family.

Sunday was Thanksgiving with my Family down in GR. It was so fun. We haven't all been together for a while. I enjoyed seeing everyone. That lasted most of the day. We visited and relaxed.

Then on Monday morning (24) my dad took Clint and I on a "tour". He went and showed us the old mine that he used to work in. It was so neat! I loved hearing about it. Then we went on a drive out on the East Side of town and saw some new farms that are going in. Then we went out on Goose Point. It overlooked the river and the valley. It was so beautiful. We saw a buck and a couple of does and fawns down on a little island in the middle of the river. It was awesome.

Unfortunately we had to leave to come back home that day as well.

On Tuesday (25) took the girls to their well child visits. BC had an ear infection. :( so the dr. put her on amoxicillin. She is feeling a lot better already. Later that day we went and met with the Jr. Jazz director...we were chosen to coach BN's jr jazz team!!! :) yea!!!

Wednesday was very uneventful until that evening when Clint's little bro stopped by with his fiance and they hung out for a while. It was so great to see them.

Thursday! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! Didn't do much...tore through all the black friday ads and got my long list trimmed and perfected :) My bro and his wife and kids came up that evening. It was so fun. We watched a movie then most everyone crashed...(including my bro in our kids next, laying next to his daughter so she would fall asleep) lol. Me and his wife stayed up watching movies (10,000 BC and The Notebook) and talking until 3 am then we decided we had better get ready to head out into Black Friday Madness!!!!

Keep posted...i will tell you about it later... I am off to bed...

TWLIGHT!!!!

OK! I really liked the movie. It was a lot different...bu IT was still really good. My dear parents watched the girls for us so we could go. They also watched my niece and two of my nephews so my bro and his wife and little baby boy could ride with us. (90 min drive on way). When we got there we ate at Famous Daves. Its was great. Then we went on over to the theater. IT WAS CRAZY!!! The part (aside from the fact that there were just so many people waiting in line) is that most of the ladies there were older (30-60) YES, 60! They were acting like little girls. They would scream and well...anyways...just weird. It was so fun though. We got in and got great seats. Right in the middle of the middle. We had a hard time hearing the dialog because everyone was screaming so much. LOL Clint decided that he was sick of it so about 15 min into the movie, Bella came back on the screen and he YELLED "YEA BELLA. WHOO!" SUPER LOUD...it was so funny. It scared the crap out of everyone sitting around us (INCLUDING ME) cause it was all of a sudden and very loud. Everyone busted up laughing in the theater. John (my bro) was like "why didn't you tell me so I could yell too?" lol. There weren't as many problems after that. I really liked the movie though. Even though it was done a lot different than anything I imagined it still was a great movie. I can't wait to watch it again so I can actually hear it.

After the movie we went to Cold Stone and my brother (thanks!) and his wife treated us to ice cream. YUM!!! It was so good.

Then we went to Wal-Mart for a bit and then headed home (after spending only $19 on gas to fill up our tank). It only took us about and hour and twenty minutes to get home. Not to bad considering that its supposed to be 100 miles. We got home at 1:30 in the morning, and after a little bit of calming down got all the kids back to sleep. Clint decided to stay up until 4 this morning watching "the Postman". LOL. I only lasted until 2:30. So he kicked me to bed and took over my place on the couch.

TODAY...the 22...has been a good day. We are just relaxing, get little things ready for tomorrow. (we are having my family thanksgiving tomorrow) :) It will be so fun.

Well...I will tell you more later. :)

Wait!!!! .... Where has the time gone???

Wow. I just realized that it has been four days since I posted. Can it really be???

I just don't understand where my time is going. I have been so busy with work, and my family, and everything else in between that it seems like the time is just flying and I am standing still with nothing getting done, and time going faster and faster. BUT!!!! I am slowly catching up...little by little my long page of things to do is getting shorter, one line at a time. ANYWAYS!!!.......

We are here in GR at my parents. :) I love being 'home'. I grew up in this house, only place I lived until I moved out to go to College. So many good memories here in this house. I love seeing my parents too. It is a little ways to get here, but it is such a blessing to be able to see them as much as we do. The same for Clint's parents. We get to see them a lot too. They live a lot closer so it makes it easier for us to see them. SOOO.... (i am doing a really good job of getting sidetracked today) :)

On Monday, I just worked on websites. not to much to report there....

Tuesday...I worked most of the morning then my very good friend stopped by and drug me out of the house and we went to the park with our kids. They had such a good time. :) (thank you)...i really needed to get out of the house. Afterwards, her daughter who is BN's age, came to our house and they played and played. We made spaghetti for dinner, and BN and her friend 'Cinderella' had two bowls each... (lol). It was cute. Then we went to tithing settlement...they were having homemaking that night too, but I didn't get to go. We got a call from Clint's dad. He told us that Clint's grandpa had fell and broke his hip. So we hurried up to the hospital. The still had him in the ER, but were getting ready to move him to a room. Clint and his dad gave him a blessing after they had him settled.
It was hard cause his grandpa also has Alzheimer's (is that right?) and so he kept forgetting why he was there and why his hip hurt so bad. :(   but they got the surgery done, they pined his hip. And he seems to be doing well. They have him doing physical therapy. Hopefully he will heal quickly. But we got home that night and I prepared my pre-school lesson... :) Then got to bed around well we'll just say almost 2.

Wednesday...got up and made a mad dash to get ready and to pre-school on time. LOL. (Don't know why ... its not like I was tired from being up to late.) We got to our friends where we are having school and got everything ready. The class went really well. We did the letter 'L', we read stories, and did worksheets, sang songs, and then we make turkeys by putting thier footprints and handprints on a paper. I will have to scan BN's and show you. ... then (i was supposed to go home and clean, but I decied I wanted a break) so went to the DI. HOLY COW!!!! We cleaned house... I will have to tell you about it next time. Then we went home and had a small dinner while we watched Wall-E....OH I love that movie. If you haven't seen it you HAVE to watch it. :)

Then we ran up to the hospital to see Clint's family and check on his grandpa. He was in surgery when we got there. The DR. came in just as we were getting ready to leave and he said everything went really well. And that grandpa would start therapy the next day to get his walking. (like therapy and stuff).

From there we went and saw Clint's parents new car. They bought a new Ford Crossover...i can't remember the name right now, but will tell you later. It was really nice. They got such a good deal too... :) They came over and I helped her make cards to put his Cecil's (clint's little bro) wedding announcements.

It was a long day,  but fun.

Thursday...I cleaned all day to get ready to leave for GR. Clint got home and we got ready and went to BN's dance recital practice. She did great. Then we had a couple of hours before the recital and didn't want to drive all the way back home, so we went shopping and I got some new clothes. We also went to DI, and, k , you won't believe this...we found Lego Star Wars 1 and 2 for only $3 each for the Gamecube. HOW COOL!!!! We were so excited. They both were in really good condition. HEHE. Well. Yup...then we hurried back and got BN ready for her dance. I put eye shadow and blush on her and she looked so grown up and cute.

I will post the video soon...and Halloween and well yeah...i know....

She did so good. We are so proud of her. We signed her up for Jr. Jazz and put that we wanted to be coaches and GUESS WHAT!!! we are going to be her coaches. :) hehe. I am so very excited.

K. So after that we went back to our house, got everything else ready and left for GR. We got here about 12:30 this morning, but didn't fall asleep until almost 3. lol.  BC slept a lot yesterday. so she didn't want to go to bed. oh well.

Well. Good to write a novel :) Hope you enjoyed it. LOL. Until next time...

Sunday

I had the privilege of teaching Relief Society yesterday. The lesson was on Gaining Knowledge of Eternal Truths. It was such a wonderful lesson. We started off by playing the game "Are you Smarter than the Bishop" (after are you smarter than a fifth grader) LOL. It was so fun. I think they ladies really enjoyed it. The lesson went well too. I love teaching. I really really LOVE it. After my lesson, I took BC into the nursery for the first time. She LOVED IT! I don't think we will have many problems (but you never know). We will try again in a couple of weeks. We won't be here next Sunday. We will be in GR for my Family Thanksgiving. WOW this week is going to be CRAZY!.

EEEEEEEE!!!! I am so excited though. Twilight comes out on Friday, and we already have tickets to go see it! We are going with my bro and sis-in-law. Leaving the kids with a sitter. hehe. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa:)

Well. I better go. Talk to you soon :)

LONG WEEK!

We have been so busy. I love it, but its tiring. :) Last Tuesday we took a day trip up to my in-laws and spent time just visiting. It was so fun. We watched the new Indiana Jones with them. They had never seen it. Clint got really sick about half way through it (he finally got the bug that was going around our house) and threw-up through the rest of the movie. (BLAH!) I felt so bad. :( It was only bad for about four hours, then he felt fine. or er well better anyways. Wednesday we didn't do much. Stayed home most of the day, then went out shopping that night. We went to the DI and then went on over to America's Best to get Clint's glasses fixed. We got BN a new scooter at the DI. She loves it. Rides it all over our Apt. So cute. Even is giving BC rides now. LOL.
Thursday we went to the Temple. :) It was so nice. We haven't been to that Temple since we were sealed. We got to go through a session. Clint's mom came down and babysat for us so we could go. How nice! :) She also got some shopping out of the way (lol, even with the girls with her). She had to come down early so she could hem Clint's pants. (i really need to take some classes or something. I only know the basics.)
So that was a wonderful great day. We got back from the temple and BN had her last dance class. So we ran over to the school. It was so fun to watch her. She has improved so much just these last few weeks. I love watcheing our children as they learn and grow. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy :)
Friday we were supposed to go to pre-school but I (for reasons not to be mentioned) didn't wake up in time and so we missed the school part, and then they went to Discovery Gateway for our monthly field trip and yeah, we didn't go. I am so bummed. We really wanted to be there. But my sister came up and we were getting ready for her. I still had errands to run and other things so it just didn't work out.
Saturday morning, BN had a Primary Holiday Activity :) It was so fun. She talked about it all day. I love our ward!!!! Then we came home and We had a Petals Princess Party at my house. It was for my sisters business. She sells headbands, hair stuff, dressup stuff, flower pens, etc... We had a great time. It was fun to visit with all the ladies that came. :) Unfortunately my sister had to leave early (right after the party) cause they had to get home. Her hubby had to work at 12 am that night/morning. It was so great to see her ... it has been a long time since they were up here. I loved it. I also got to steal a copy of her catalog so I can get her site done easier now. :)
Well...thats all for now. I will right about Sunday later.
Have a great day!

It was so fun yesterday. I don't particularly care for snow, but I do like the feeling...by that I mean the holiday feeling like Christmas and such...anyways...I thought I would share this picture. I took it just on my front porch. :) Don't you love the giant snow flakes! :)

Ready, Aim, "Click"

Saturday was such a fun day...I will start off with BC most amazing advances :)

She can say "Grandma, Grandpa, NO, hungry, drink, yes, yes cheese, I love you, thank you, and a couple of others" She has also started climbing up and down the stairs without much problem. How fun. How fast they learn when they are around 5 other kids that are about their age.

Also yesterday, I spent a good portion of the day taking pictures. I took engagement pictures for my bro-in-law and his fiance. And I took them for Clint's Aunt and Uncle and their family. It was SOOOO fun! I love taking pictures. I will make a page for Photography and post them soon. They turned out great. Then last night we all stayed up until (well i don't know exactly what the time was because of the change) but it was pretty darn late. I am thinking 3ish, but I don't know is that is before or after the change. We all laughed and laughed and laughed and talked so much. It was great. It would be fun to make an Memories Page too, and add stories and memories.

Well, its time for breakfast.

Have a great Sunday!

RS Lesson and Family

Today I was able to teach :) It has been a while it seems. I teach Relief Society (third Sunday) and it is such a wonderful experience. I truly love it. The lesson went good I think. I had a lot of class participation.
After church we came home and I tried out a new Chicken Pot Pie recipe (YUM!) It turned out great. Then my brother and his family got here. They stayed at our house on their way up to Idaho. My sis-in-law's grandmother passed away and they were on the way to her funeral. We had a great night. Me and my brother stayed up till 3:30 and Lish made it to 3:00 :) It was so fun. Then we got up the next morning and went to the DI (there were actually tons of people standing in lines waiting to get in) LOL. Found some good stuff there. Then we went to walmart. After we were done shopping, we came back and had lunch, then John and his family were getting ready to leave and their van wouldn't start. We found out that his battery was dead (after a trip to checkers) Clint and John and I undid the old battery while Allisha watched all the kids. Clint and John went and bought a new battery and we got it put back together pretty fast. The car worked great. We went and had it tested one more time to make sure everything was powering right. It worked good. They went on their way. We went to BN's tumbling class. It was fun. Then we came home and relaxed and watched Prison Break. I also got BN's b-day invites out. :) go me...two days before the party! at least all the moms already knew :)
Well, I am so so tired. Have a great day!

ESA, Scarecrow Festival, and TICKETS!

Today was so fun. We went to ESA to buy tickets for the upcoming Walk with Dinosaurs live. We are so very excited. At and the time we got there to buy our tickets, they were filming a commercial for KJAZZ and the Jazz so we got to participate (Clint had been invited through his work). It was so fun. So watch KJAZZ in Nov. and Dec. to see if you see us :)
Anyways, after that we took off and went down to Thanksgiving Point to the Scarecrow Festival. It was so fun. Both girls had a great time and the weather was pretty good. Definitely something we will be doing every year from now on. It was so so fun. I will post the pics soon. :)

BYU FOOTBALL GAME

Wow. It was cold, yeah, but Oh my Heck it was so fun! We got new hats, and new shirts (the quest shirts). We wore them over our sweaters :) Because they had so many people sandwiched in there on the bleachers, it really wasn't to bad until the end of the game. For some reason the game didn't start until 4 pm. BLAH! It was very chilly. BUT - no snow, no rain! So I am okay with a little wind. http://www.sltrib.com/Sports/ci_10702218 There is the link to the SL Trib article if you want to read about the game, and there is an online photo gallery there too :) It is Clint's birthday today so we are going out 'on the town' for a while. But I will tell you about his day later...or MAYBE I will get him to actually post :):) That would be great...lol

Crazy Day

Today has been a whirlwind. Actually this whole week has been pretty crazy. BN had preschool yesterday and today. That is always so much fun. BC loves to be there too and participate when she can. We also had story time today. That was fun. BN had a wonderful time and I ended up pushing BC around the library in the stroller so she wouldn't cry. :)
We are going to look at a few houses today :):):):) hehe. I will let you know if anything works out. (obviously).
But we have to go now or we will be late for our apt.
