Merry Christmas!
It has been a wonderful day. The girls were really funny. They didn't want to wake up. Even when I told BN that Santa had come, she just rolled over and pulled the blanket over her head and said 'i'm tired'!. LOL. I laughed and shook her again...same thing. Finally I grabbed her and pulled her up and she stood there like 'why?'...after all the morning rituals... (potty, etc...) I had clint get ready with the camcorder and we had the girls come in the living room where Santa had been. AHHHH!!!!! Screaming and running and things flying...lol...it was great! Santa didn't wrap his presents so they enjoyed and played. Well BN did. BC ran up to her pile and grabbed her new baby doll (first thing and closest) and then ran to Grandpa and climbed up in his lap and just snuggled in. LOL.
Soon most of the family had showed up for breakfast (we had favorite which is toasted bread and white sauce) really GOOD! Then we visited. When everyone had ventured back home, we continued opening all the presents that were under the tree (the wrapped ones) :)
The girls were spoiled and so were we. My parents even were spoiled. :) lol. What a fun time.
After enjoying the presents and each other we started getting everything ready to go. It took us a while to get everything packed, but we made it, had our big truck filled to the brim (truck shell and all) lol.
The road back wasn't to bad, we got back in about 3.5 hours. We were really blessed cause the roads were supposed to be awful. But we got home and got unpacked. We relaxed a little. Enjoyed everything. Clint had to get up and work at 5 in the morning so, we didn't stay up to late.
I went through all of our movies and updated our inventory. In the middle of it I had to go help BN with something and when I came back this is what was waiting for me:
Hope you had a great Christmas Holiday.
